Bourbon Barrel Aged Third Coast Old Ale
Third Coast Old Ale starts with a rich, caramel base, and finishes with a heavy hop bitterness. Sharply intense at first, it will age gracefully, adding complexity and subtlety in your cellar. This version of our classic American Barleywine is aged for twelve months in bourbon barrels, adding complex notes of vanilla and oak and complementing the stone fruit flavors of the original beer.
Bear Hug Imperial Stout
Hop-forward Imperial Stout originally brewed in 2013 and rarely distributed outside of The Eccentric Café. Brewed with a careful selection of caramel and roasted malts, the end result is a moderate, smooth roasted maltiness that is warming and gentle, but still firm. Bear Hug showcases hop aromas in an Imperial Stout without being overly bitter.
BLVDia Sour Grisette
Following nearly a year spent aging in oak with native cultures selected by Lead Brewer Ryan McNeive, Boulevardia Sour Grisette pours a honey-golden color and features aromas of lemon peel, honeydew melon and bright lactic acidity
Rye on Rye on Rye on Rye
Pouring deep garnet in color, Rye on Rye on Rye on Rye pops with aromas of spicy, fruity rye malt and massive notes of rye whiskey, vanilla, toffee and charred oak. Certainly warming at 15.5% ABV

2009 Black Chocolate Stout
A barrel cuvée, or blend, of various excellent beers within our well-aged barrel stocks. Fermented with ale yeasts, two wild yeasts and lactobacillus, Better Angels is ennobled by bourbon, red wine, brandy and Muscat barrels, achieving the flavor of an "Imperial Oud Bruin" at 9.5%. The beer is tart, broadly layered, funky, fruity, and vinous.
Our limited barrel aged stout, aged for three years in used bourbon barrels. Very complex, mingling flavors of umami, chocolate and coffee meld with the barrel notes
Maple Barrel Stout
We take our hefty imperial stout and age it in barrels previously used to age B&E's Tree's Maple Syrup. B&E's Tree's ages their beautiful syrup for one full year in used bourbon barrels. That crazy delicious syrup coats the inside of the barrels and allows to capture that magical nectar into this rich barrel aged stout
Hunahpu's Imperial Stout
We brew Hunahpu's (R) Imperial Stout once a year and release it only at the brewery on the second Saturday in March.Extremely dark in color with a brown head with notes of big notes of chocolate and espresso, moderate notes of vanilla and cinnamon and mild notes of tobacco and chilis. Flavor opens with a big blast of chocolate and moderate espresso with notes of dark toffee and interjecting notes of vanilla with lingering hints of cinnamon and tobacco and chili notes with a mild scoville heat in the finish.
German-style sour ale with orange, lime and salt! Aromas of ripe limes, lemon zest and Valencia orange are matched perfectly on the palate with flavors of the same complimented by a zesty, tart sourness and a soft salinity. Bright, tropical and refreshing!
Barrel Aged Cafe Miel Russian Imperial Stout
This delicious RIS has notes of dark and milk chocolate, coffee, honey, toffee and roast. It is brewed with honey, aged in Bourbon barrels (Heaven Hill & George Dickel), and has additions of coffee & cinnamon. 12% ABV
Barrel Fermented Mango Sour
This beer is a kettle sour that was fermented in mezcal barrels with mangos for 3 months. This is a beautiful sour with a smooth mango forward tartness and light smokiness. 6.8% ABV
The Abyss Rum Barrel Variant 2017
A deep, dark Imperial Stout of immeasurable depth and complexity. This Remarkably Rare Variant was 100% aged in Rum barrels for a full year.
Gueuze-inspired, multi-year blending shapes a wild brew brimming with hints of savory, fruity esters and spicy, tangy pear and white pepper flavors.
Olde School Barleywine
Fermented with dates and figs, this smooth barleywine has a unique flavor. The concept for this beer came from an old cellerman's manual Sam came across. At about 15% ABV, this beer is a great candidate for aging.

Thor is the founding member of Drekker’s God Series of Lactose Double IPAs and it's packed with CTZ, Simcoe, Citra, & Mosaic hops. Lactose Sugar gives the thick and creamy body a boost and adds a touch of sweetness to the finish.
Odin is my Overlord - ABV 8%
Odin is My Overlord is a double IPA brewed with lactose and hopped with godly amounts of Mosaic, CTZ, Enigma and Hallertau Blanc.
Loki is my Homeboy - ABV 8%
Loki Is My Homeboy is a Double IPA brewed with insane amounts of CTZ, Amarillo, El Dorado and Mosaic hops and a whole bunch of lactose to add to the smooth, creamy body and give it a little sweetness to balance out the hop bitterness."

Finger Biscuits Imperial Tiramisu Stout
This imperial stout was made with Stumbeano’s Espresso Blend Coffee and Nilla Wafer cookies. It’s rich and decadent like your favorite tiramisu desert, and surprisingly contains no lactose!
Barrel Aged Vladimir’s Pegasus Russian Imperial Stout
This batch was aged for a FULL YEAR in 3 different barrels: Jack Daniels, 1792, and Proof Artisan Distillers. This extremely roasty imperial stout has a bold bourbon flavor that finishes dry with notes of coffee and bakers cocoa, plus hints of dried dark fruit.
Black Currant/Aronia Eroica
Red wine barrel aged brett beer (Eroica), additionally aged on black currants and aronia berries. It is bright pink in color, lightly frosted hazy, with a tannic and tart aromatic heavy in oak. It has a lambic-esque wild maturity, and a piquant fruity finish, loaded with red wine notes and rich woodiness, effervescent carbonation makes it sing. 8.9% ABV.
Sonoma Farmhouse Purple
A blend of Eroica and Dark Swan (a petite syrah grape sour ale), aged in Port casks. It is funky and complex, with cognac and sherry overtones, a nuttiness from the Port, and a strong dark berry complexion, wrapped in jammy sweetness. The vinous elements of the Dark Swan remain intact, while the bretty wildness of the Eroica take it someplace unique. This is a very limited offering, only a handful of barrels were produced. 9.3% ABV.

Belgian Golden Ale aged in Pinor Noir Barrels - strong notes of red wine along with subtler notes of white pepper, clove, pear, and some pineapple.
Bourbon Barrel Aged Wake Up Dead
Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout - Hints of raisins, black licorice, coffee and dark chocolate are followed by earthy, herbal hop notes highlighted by oak and bourbon.
This is the 2018 batch of The Commander®. For those who haven’t tried it from previous years, it is our English-Style Barleywine ale brewed with an excessive malt bill and subtle, sweet cardamom. We aged in bourbon barrels, its bold, complex flavor reaches heights measured only by the building of its namesake. The barrels were shipped directly from Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky shortly after they were emptied.
Barrel Aged Grey Duck
Midwest is best! Our Stillwater-based brewery has teamed up with Chicago-based Goose Island Beer Company. This Collabeeration resulted in a beautifully auburn Baltic Porter, with sweet notes of toffee and caramel. Bourbon-barrel aging enhances the hints of cherry, vanilla and smoke. The Collabeeration Series is what emerges when Lift Bridge Brewery teams up with peers to make something greater than the sum of its parts. Only brewed once, so enjoy it while it lasts!

2014 Stone Master of Disguise
Some illusions and misnomers lead to life’s most delightful surprises. Thus we took the spirit of a dark beer—the time-honored stout—and brewed it to be golden-hued. Cocoa and coffee beans impart roastiness sans darkening to this brew, while flaked oats provide an enveloping mouthfeel. The result is a stout that looks more like a blonde, but is a raven beauty at heart.
White Geist (Ghost) Berliner Weisse
A tartly refreshing, kettle-soured Stone Berliner Weisse gained its orthodox sour and acidic character from a specially selected Lactobacillus strain sourced from local Berlin cultures. To ensure a properly Stone, and therefore iconoclastic, Berliner Weisse, we upped the ABV to a healthy 4.7% and hopped the beer with new German varieties
